Chef Drew is an incredibly versatile chef. We had a group of 12 with varying dietary restrictions, and he crafted a menu that not only met everyone's needs but also exceeded all expectations. From a rich, velvety butternut squash soup to a perfectly seared piece of salmon with an unexpected, delightful glaze, every dish was an absolute hit. You could tell that every ingredient was chosen with care, and each bite left us all speechless.

One word. PHENOMENAL! Planning a party can get very stressful especially when it comes to the food, but that’s not the case with Chef Andrew. Chef Drew and his team delivered an exceptional experience during one of our corporate yacht charters! The food was hot, perfectly timed, and absolutely outstanding. Chef Drew curated a custom menu that accommodated a few food allergies—and still executed in both flavor and presentation.
