Refund Policy

We value your time and are committed to providing high-quality services. To ensure fairness and efficiency for both our clients and team, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Refunds

To receive a full refund on your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • For Wedding Services, due to the time, preparation, and commitment involved in weddings, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of the event date to receive a refund.

  • Cancellations for Wedding Services made less than 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable, including any deposits or payments made.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Be sure to include your name, event/service, date/time, and reason for cancellation.
